Applications for
Returning Families and New Families can be downloaded from the links on this page. Please fill out the applicable form and send it to WPSN, 1155 Oak Street, Winnetka, IL 60093, along with:
- a copy of your child's birth certificate, and
- a non-refundable check for $100.

What if we don't get in?
Each year several children are moved from the waiting list into a class. Parents who are open to either a morning or afternoon class are often able to secure a spot for their child.
How do I know if this is the right school for my child?
The best way to know is to visit our school and see our teachers and children in action. Group parent tours take place in October and November. Sign up for a tour by contacting us at wpsn@sbcglobal.net or calling 847-446-5153. Individual tours can be arranged after January 1st for any remaining spaces.
We just learned we're moving to the area and the registration period is already well underway... Any chance of a spot?
When openings are available, they are filled on a first come basis. We still ask that you visit the school. Parents are also welcome to add their child's name to a waiting list. Openings often occur late in the school year as families learn about relocations/moves.
Once my son/daughter is enrolled, will our younger child have a place at the school?
Yes! Continuing families are given a priority registration period.
